- Tuxedo Dressed Wait Staff - 1 waiter per every 50 people at $75 per waiter (up to 4 hours). Additional time will be billed at $20 per hour, per waiter

The Silver Package
The silver package includes everything in the bronze package in addition to:
- Smoked Sable
- Whitefish Salad
- Fresh Brewed Coffee
- Poured cup of Orange Juice at each place setting
- Pitcher of Milk on each table
- Pitcher of Orange Juice on each table
- Pitcher of Orange Juice on each table
**Choose from Waffles, French Toast or Pancakes
Also include:
- Linen table cloths on buffet and tables. (Choice of light blue or dark blue or both). Other colors available upon request for additional cost.
- Multi Level Buffet decorated with stuffed animals, motorized train***, trucks & props
- Tuxedo dressed waiters will set up, clean up and serve fresh brewed coffee & tea

The Gold Package
The gold package includes everything in the silver package in addition to:
- Cubed cheese (mozzarella & cheddar)
- Hot Cinnamon Sticks
- Choice of Two Free Hot Dishes**

- Balloon Center Pieces on every Table
- High Grade Plastic (Plates, Cups, Silverware)

All final details in regards to final number of guests and any menu changes are due 24 hours prior to your event.
Gratuity for the waiters is not required but very appreciated.
